Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Make no mistake. These burgers may be super simple - but they are nothing short of amazing. The idea for these sparked from another recipe, a dip actually, called beer cheese dip. It is a popular party appetizer that I found on Pinterest. Some friends and I chatted about how it incorporated the oh-so-popular Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning. We noted how delicious pretty much every dish that uses it is and BOOM it dawned on me...

Buffalo Chicken Burgers

2 lbs Ground Chicken
1 Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Packet
1/4 cup of Buffalo sauce (and a little extra to pour on top at the end)
1 bag of shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Monteray or Pepper Jack)
1 package of Hamburger Buns
Tin foil and pan for baking

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. While preheating, mix the first three ingredients in a bowl until well blended.

Prepare the mixed ingredients into hamburger sized patties and place onto a pan lined with tinfoil for baking.

Bake the patties for 10-15 minutes or until they start to brown just a bit. The last 2-3 minutes of cooking, top each patty with a little bit of cheese until melted.

Once cooking is complete, place each patty on a bun, top with a little bit of extra buffalo sauce if you prefer and serve! I recommend serving with pasta salad!

Do you have any great recipes that utilize Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning? If so, please share the love!
